山西合成橡胶集团有限责任公司为国家大型一档企业，占地1.1平方公里，建筑面积36.58万平方米，资产总计77781万元，职工4600余人。主营氯丁橡胶产品，是全国最大的氯丁橡胶生产企业。配套生产烧碱、电石、聚氯乙烯树脂、水泥、液氯等产品。
　　公司原为军工企业，1960年筹建，1965年建成投产。1976年移交地方。1997年，整体改制重组为有限责任公司。2003年6月，以资产重组的形式加盟中国蓝星集团总公司。
　　公司在地域上依托大同地区丰富的煤、电、石灰
石资源，以及便利的交通条件，采用电石——乙炔法生产氯丁橡胶，条件优越，产品具有低成本竞争优势。目前有5条氯丁橡胶后处理生产线，年生产能力为2.5万吨。有5种型号的15个干胶品种、5个乳胶品种。其中CR320F型氯丁橡胶和CR120型氯丁橡胶获得原化工部和山西省名牌产品称号；CR244型氯丁橡胶获得“山西省标志性名牌产品”称号；固碱和水泥被评为山西省优质产品。2001年，企业顺利通过了ISO9001：2000质量认证。

　　　

　　目前,公司氯丁橡胶产品的国内市场占有率达35%以上，并且远销周边国家和地区、欧洲及北美国家。为应对我国加入WTO后面临的更加激烈的市场竞争，山橡集团与亚美尼亚“纳依里特”科研股份公司达成共建电石乙炔法年产3万吨氯丁橡胶合资工厂的合资项目。

　　2001年11月，国家经贸委批准该合资项目列入国家第二批“双高一优”项目导向计划。2006年合资工厂投产后,预计可生产30多个氯丁橡胶品种,产品年利润可达1.4亿元人民币。届时,公司将跻身于世界先进氯丁橡胶行业,将大大增强国际竞争力。

　　山橡集团把环保工作看作是实现可持续发展战略的关键，从建厂初期到九十年代末，先后投资1.05亿元，对化工环境污染进行了综合治理，为保护环境，保障职工群众身体健康做出了贡献。进入二十一世纪以来,随着全球环保经济、绿色经济飞速发展，山橡集团把环境保护工作提升到经济发展的命脉这一高度，加大治理力度,投资4000余万元，积极引进新技术、新工艺，先后进行了高浓度有机污水综合治理工程，烟尘、废气和废渣综合治理工程等，目前，“三废”治理已全部或部分达到国家和行业二级排放标准。

　　在治理生产污染的同时，山橡集团把美化环境列入环保工作的议事日程，先后建设了10多个小公园，种植了大量花草树木。目前，公司可绿化面积已达到93%以上。

　　生产系统

　　山橡集团主要生产氯丁橡胶、烧碱、聚氯乙烯树脂、电石、液氯、胶乳、粘合剂等化工产品，同时兼营水泥生产及其制成品，工业气体及其副产品、橡胶制品、化工机械及其零配件制造、化工设备防腐等多种系列。

　　PRODUCTION SYSTEM

　　SSRG mainly produces chemical products such as Chloroprene ubber（CR），caustic soda， PVC resin，calcium arbide，chlorine hydrogen，chloroprene latex，adhesive products etc；also produces many series of other products such as cement and its finished products，industry gas，and its by-products，rubber products，chemical industry machines and their spare parts，antiseptic chemical equipment etc．

　　As for the leading product--chloroprene rubber，the designed capacibility at the beginning Is 2500MT/Year．with constantly renovated and enlarged by science and technology，the output Of CR increasing from 2500MT/Year to 5000MT/Year in 1980s；from 5000MT/Year to 25000MT/Year in 2001，and became the biggest CR production base in China．

　　氯丁橡胶

　　山橡集团现可生产五种型号15个品种的干胶和5个品种的胶乳。可广泛用于电线、电缆、胶板、胶管、橡胶密封材料、各种传送带、蓬布、雨布、救生艇等彩色或浅色橡胶制品的生产，还广泛用于粘合剂生产制造，具有优良的物理机械性能，耐日光、耐臭氧老化、耐候性、耐化学试剂、耐油、不延燃等特性。CRL50LK型胶乳具有优良的机械强度，与水泥、纤维、钢板有较好的粘合力，可制成弹性水泥，用作船舶甲板敷料，还可用于建筑业墙壁及地下工程防水层，以及纤维渗浸、沥青改性等。

　　CHLOROPRENE RUBBER(CR)

　　 SSRG can produces five kinds chloroprene rubber including 15 types of dry rubber and 5 types of latex. The products are characterized by good physico-mechnical property, they resist sunlight, oil and combustion retardant. Due to their excellent comprehensive performances ,they are widely applied to making of various cables, wires, rubber boards, conveyer belts, driving belts, tent cloth, waterproof cloth, sealing parts, lifeboat, and light or colored rubber products; and adhesive.

　　CRL50LK is characterized by good mechanical strength and adhesion with cement, fiber, and steel plate. It can be mad into elastic cement, which can be used as coating on the deck of vessel, and may also be applied to treatment of walls and floors in buildings, waterproof layer, fiber osmosis and bitumen modified.

　　聚氯乙烯树脂

　　本产品系以氯乙烯为单体，经悬浮法均聚而成的高分子化合物(疏松型)。是塑料、包装、化学工业不可缺少的原料之一，被广泛用于鞋类、雨衣、农用膜、人造革、软管、高强度管材及硬板等塑料制品。由于本品具有优良的电绝缘性和不燃烧性，还可用于电线、电缆的护套和绝缘板等制品，也可用于其它弹性体的改性材料。

incombustibility, it can be used in to make coat for cables ,wires and insulting boards and modified materials of other elastomers as well.

Finally, we have accomplished the administration goal of specia lization, systematization, abjection. We actively extend domestic market share by setting up offices in all of the China like Beijing, Tianjin, Shanghai, LiaoNing etc. including 29 provinces, cities and regions; mediating the diplomatic channels by founding the agents and distributors in abroad like India, Seoul Korea, America, and Malaysia etc.

　　 In order to meet the intense market competition after China join the WTO, SSRG setup an Export Department to participate the international trade on net actively and get satisfactory result. At present, the yearly sales income of SSRG adds up to RMB450,000,000 Yuan, occupying 60% of the market
possession.

　　山橡集团奉行科技兴企的发展方针，每年投入大量人力、物力用于科技攻关工作，并取得显著的成绩。80年代初，研制成功的“氯丁胶乳闪蒸脱气”工艺，填补了国内空白，荣获了化工部科技进步三等奖和山西省科技进步一等奖。

　　1996年，研制成功的我国第一套氯丁橡胶冷冻凝聚生产装置，为提高产品产量、质量，增加品种奠定了基础。近年来，在对局部生产实行微机控制的基础上，逐步实施了OCS计算机集散控制系统技改工程，进一步提高了生产系统的工艺控制水平。 　　　　　　　

　　在产品开发方面，先后研制成功CR12和CR321非污染型以及CR244型氯丁橡胶，目前已成为公司主导产品。

　　为促进产品的升级换代，增强应对国际市场的竞争力，2000年，山橡集团与亚美尼亚“纳依里特”科研生产股份公司签订了兴建年产3万吨氯丁橡胶厂的合作项目，为山橡集团的技术进步增添了新的活力。

　　SCINENCE AND TECHNOLOGY DEVELOPMENT

　　SSRG pursues a policy for developing our enterprises scientifically, more manpower and material resources have been put into solve the technical difficulties, and remarkable success has been chieved. In the early 1980s, we successfully developed technology ---degasification process, and honored third-rate prize for science and technology progress by Ministry of Chemical Industry, first-rate prize in Shanxi Province. In 1996, SSRG successfully developed a set of production equipment of CR-frozen polymerization, laid a very strong foundation for increasing the products output, improving products quality, and enriching products types. In recent years, on the basis of partly controlled by computer, we are carrying out the DCS System technological transformation for improving the technology level of production system.

　　Regarding the new products developing, one after another new types has been succeeded developed such as CR122, CR322——nonpolluted type; and CR244 as well. They are really leader of other types.

　　In 2000, to promote the product's improving and changing, strengthen the competition in the international market, SSRG and Nariit Co., made an agreement on a item of construing a new CR plant with annually output of 30,000 MT which filled new technology and skill and energy for SSRG.

　　With the development of environm ental economy and green economy since 2000s, SSRG invested RMB 40,000,000 Yuan to strengthen the environmental project as their lifeline, import new technology,and skills to comprehensively treat and control the high density organic polluted water, a project of making use of the cycle of water source and a general controlling project of dispo sing smoke and dust, waste gas and waste residue, has already reached the second class standard of discharging of the country and the chemical industry.

　　In the meanwhile, SSRG has placed the work of beautifying the environment on the agenda, such as built more than 10 parks and planted a large numbers of trees and flowers , the greening area reaches 93% of our factory. Our factory and living environment is becoming more and more beautiful.
